English – is one of the West Germanic languages ​​of the Germanic family. It is estimated to be a native language of 309 to 400 million people, and English is the third largest language in the world after Chinese and Spanish.

Russian – is widely used and speaks to 267 million people worldwide. It belongs to the Slavic language family and is an official language in 5 countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Lithuanian – is the mother tongue of some 3.5 million people in Lithuania and elsewhere. Lithuanian belongs to the Indo-European language family and the Baltic language branch. Its only related language is Latvian, but they are mutually incomprehensible.

Estonian – belongs to the Finno-Ugric group of Baltic Finns and its closest cognate languages ​​are Võro, Liv, Finnish, Ingrian, Vepsian and Votian. Estonian is the mother tongue of about 1.1 million people.

Finnish – is the language of the Baltic Sea language group of the Finno-Ugric family, the official language of Finland (similar to Swedish). About 5.23 million people speak Finnish. In Sweden, where it is used by around 200,000 people every day, Finnish is recognized as a minority language.
